Swikara Sangala Namaara Lyrics: The Kathmandu Killers is a band from Kathmandu, Nepal. They mostly play Punk / Hardcore / Ska / Reggae / Electro and they have been producing satirical songs conveying political messages, addressing social issues and discussing taboos openly with their audience. “Swikara, Sangala, Namaara [Acknowledge, Embrace, Don’t Destroy]” is the sixth song from their debut EP ‘Stories From Krantipur‘. The EP consists of six songs in total.
The Kathmandu Killers writes “This is a song about love and acceptance. Contrary to the west, in the East there shouldn’t be any specific gender. Both male and female, ying and yang, shiva and shakti are inherent in all of us. One does not dominate the other. Love and life is about keeping the balance and harmony of both, and acknowledging, nurturing, and embracing the female and male aspects within us. We are fluid.”
